This Magic Language can also change data by Edit Replace!

Pattern Edit characters

	"%[+?-]{}&:[uUlL]" and "\"

All of the replace character symbols and forms to be described
are used by the match modification facilities.

They are only used if there is MAGIC interpretation of the
replacement sequence.

Their use offers a powerful way to insert or rearrange matched
data, especially by reference to Marked Groups of located data.

If a replacement pattern does not do any replacement a message
"Inadequate Substitution Pattern" is given and PDGREPPE aborts.
